At Smoking Bagels, we're passionate about bringing the world's best herbs and spices to your plate. Established in 2016 in North Birmingham, we quickly gained notoriety for our delicious bagels, which combine fresh ingredients and bold flavors for a unique taste experience. We bring together diverse culinary traditions to create mouth-watering dishes that are perfect for any occasion.

Whether you're looking for a quick and flavourful street food snack or catering for a special event, Smoking Bagels has got you covered. If you're Spicy and Saucy food you will enjoy "The Jerk" - a Jamaican BBQ-inspired dish, cooked low and slow on a jerk pan, and served on bagels, fries or nachos. Flavour and smoky. If you're more of a Mild Child you will enjoy the "Southern Sandwich" - crispy southern fried chicken on spinach, in a toasted bagel with our special sauce.

Over the years we've opened a flagship store in North Birmingham, as well as pop up in Malls, Festivals & Sports Events across the UK. Today, you can find us in Digbeth, in the heart of Birmingham with our friends Ballpark. We also provide regular catering to for celebrations, events, showcases and launches in the West Midlands Area.

Smoking Bagels objective is to add vibrancy, flavour and excitement to the quick food industry. On the high street there are several Burger Joints, Kebab Shops & Fried Chicken options, that all seem to lack that special something that makes us think 'yumm'!
​
On a chance evening in London's Brick Lane, our founders had a lightbulb moment whilst eating a Bagel. The idea was to fuse street and soul food classic dishes, from around the world, with the friendly neighborhood bagel, to create the ultimate comfort food! It was this thinking that birthed our Fan Favourite 'The Jerk'!!

Combining Chef Brandz 8 years of experience working in Caribbean Cuisine with Keiran's 8-year experience in building brands and marketing was a recipe for success. They were able to bring Smoking Bagels to life with the help of close friends and family, many of whom still work with us today.
​
Our team continues to take influence from all corners of the world to create a food experience which always leaves you saying 'yummm!'
